Processing & Delivery Time
We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location:
France: usually 48h to 72h.
International: delivery times vary by country.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.
Customs Duties and International Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, who should check with their local customs authorities to determine any applicable charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: In accordance with applicable laws, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return.
Conditions: Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
